What is a green limo?

A green limo is a commercial vehicle which utilizes the latest automotive technologies to reduce the carbon footprint and increase fuel efficiency within the limousine industry. Our green limo fleet is eco friendly compared to traditional limousine fleets as we offset an average of 35 tons of CO2 per vehicle each year.

What is your cancellation policy?

Airport Service: 24 hours prior notice is required.
Chartered Service: 7 days prior notice is required.
Failure to cancel a reservation before the required time will result in a full charge of the fare (including 20% gratuity where applicable).

Can I re-schedule my arrival service from the airport?

Yes. All arrivals from the airport may be re-scheduled. Please provide 5 hours advance notice to avoid any additional charges.

Is gratuity included for the rates listed (or provided over the phone/email)?

No. Gratuity is not included in the rates for airport transfers. However, please note that 20% gratuity will be added to all hourly charters and point-to-point reservations.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

No. Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $100 fee billed to your credit card.

Do you provide service to other customers in the same vehicle (shared rides)?

No. All reservations for airport service are private cars. This ensures that you and your guests will enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own vehicle.

What if I am late for my scheduled pick-up time?

Customers are allowed up to 15 minutes of wait time upon scheduled arrival time. Additional wait time will be a billed in increments of 15 minutes based on the hourly rate for your vehicle. Please refer to the 'Rates' section for hourly rates. In the event you are not at the pick-up location, be sure to call our office at (888)420-1859 to avoid being charged the full fare as a "no-show".

What if my child needs a baby seat?

We offer baby seats/boosters for an additional $10. Please mention this request when booking your reservation.

When is payment due?

All chartered reservations require a 20% security deposit upon booking. Unpaid balance must be paid at the end of the service. Payment for airport transfers are due time of drop-off. In the event that payment cannot be made at the end of the service, a 20% late fee will be assessed to the amount owed. All delinquent payments beyond 30 days will be sent to a collection agency.

What if I lose my (purse, camera, wallet, phone, etc...)?

We can help look for your missing item in our vehicle. Think Green Limousine, however, is not responsible for: any loss or damage to luggage, carry-on items that may be damaged in transit, or any items left in our vehicles.
